Modern automation system “smart home” helps not only to control home appliances, but also takes care of your health. It makes our life much more comfortable and safe.

Climate control system allows you to create a favorable climate for health. It allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature and humidity level in the room. For example, for a child with a cold, you can easily make the air more humid and warm.

“Smart home” becomes a helper for sick homeowners when they are alone at home. The system will allow him to control household appliances without getting out of bed, as well as give the opportunity to call an ambulance or notify relatives in case of deteriorating health. You will also be able to set reminders to take medications.

Way to Stay Healthy

On 10/30/2020 by John Kiehn

“A Smart House is an automation system that combines various engineering systems in a particular house, which is equipped with a system that allows you to control engineering complexes, manage them and organize their interaction.

Designing the systems of “Smart house”, its creators proceed from individual needs, conditions and requirements of the person. The main task is to create in the client’s apartment or country house a new level of life, providing comfort, convenience and ability to easily manage the complex system, which gives the so much desired amenities of everyday life, saves resources and improves health.

Recently there was a very typical case, – recalls the General Director of the company – we came to the object, so-called “smart cottage”, commissioned six months ago, to conduct a routine diagnostic inspection. The customer was very hospitable, happy with the smart house we built. Literally, he said the following: “Everything is perfect! I feel better now. Thanks to your system, I forgot what a cold is. We were surprised. Yes, the project itself was interesting: the two-story 350 square meter cottage had an earth pump, water underfloor heating throughout the building, an HDL Smart-bus system with two iphone 4 phones used as wireless touchpads, automatic irobot vacuum cleaners and a children’s room.

We, of course, do not quite understand how the HDL Smart-bus system with two iphone 4 phones together with everything else can help a person to forget about the runny nose forever. But Peter Nikolayevich explained it to us:

It’s simple. Traditional heating methods in winter and imperfect ventilation create a bad microclimate with extremely low humidity. Everyone has already got used to central heating with its pipes on the perimeter and one radiator per room. And no one thinks about the fact that this arrangement of the heater does not affect our health in the best way. In order to warm the air in the room to a comfortable temperature, the temperature of the radiator itself should be 70 degrees Celsius. If you expose the air to it for a long time, it becomes dry. Scientists and doctors have proved that dry air dries the skin and dehydrates the whole body. If the relative humidity in the room where a person spends a long time, less than 10%, it leads to serious violations of the lungs, bad effects on the mucous membranes of the nose and mouth, hence the constant runny nose, exacerbation of bronchial asthma.

We achieve a comfortable temperature in all living areas of the “smart house”, thanks to the system “water underfloor heating”. The heat in the rooms is evenly distributed from bottom to top, so there are no overheated zones or poorly heated areas, as in a radiator heating system. By dissipating heat evenly across the whole floor, we achieve a desired temperature of 25°C at foot level and 20°C at head level, thus avoiding the convection effect associated with radiator heating. The humidity in the house always stays in the normal range.

In addition, according to the general director of the company, automatic biofires are also used in their “smart house” for heating and aesthetics. – We use fully combustible fuel for them. It is absolutely harmless, it gives off heat, just like the normal one. But you have to be very careful with this kind of fireplace. But how pleasant it is to light it with a touch of a touch pad!

We also found out that the “smart house” can be controlled with a cell phone. Let’s say, in your absence, you send a command by SMS-message, and the house includes a mode of imitation of presence.

Also in your absence when you call at the front door or at the gate you get MMS with the picture of your guests, and remotely you can connect to your intercom with your phone and talk to your guests, – lists all the features of the “smart house”. – And when the hour of your return is near, you send your home a text message: “Get ready, I’ve arrived, the temperature is 27 ° C, turn on the hammam” – and a warm and cozy atmosphere with an already heated hammam awaits you.

As it turned out, the most mysterious place in the “smart house” is the children’s room. It is designed to keep your baby healthy from birth to adulthood. In addition to the LED colorful design with the ability to control the color of the ceiling with the thought or mood of the baby, the room has a completely independent microclimate: with humidity, light and temperature. A warm sound-controlled bassinet gives the mother of the baby the opportunity not to be near her baby all the time. This allows her to afford a few extra minutes of sleep or just rest, which is also good for her health. And she can always see what’s going on in the house on her cell phone display. Remote cameras allow her to see her baby even if she is away from home for some reason.

Sophisticated, intelligent technology makes our lives not only easier, but also more individual. Intelligent processes relieve stress, replenish vitality, and free up time to spend with loved ones or to devote to your favorite activity. We tell you how smart home technology is evolving towards the concept of wellness, and the individual with his or her personal desire for wellness is at the center of this process.

In the living room, we gather as a family and enjoy spending time alone with our favorite TV series – it is the place of the best hours after a busy day at work, so everything here should be subject to the idea of comfort. We should start with the basics. First, the air. To make it clean and fragrant, Polish designer Jan Ankerstein developed the concept of hovering glowing balls, which, flying around the room, purify the air. The object was named Aeroball. The shell of the sphere absorbs light during the day and begins to glow with a soft glow as darkness falls. “Fireflies” are filled with helium – that is what allows them to “stay afloat” – and not only filter the air, but also fragrance it: the user can choose whether the room will smell of pine or eucalyptus. The concept won first prize in the Design Lab competition, and we look forward to seeing the flying air purifiers on sale.
